Eight firefighters battling the Airport Fire were hurt, six critically, Thursday evening in Irvine, California when a firetruck rolled over as they returned from working to contain the wildfire.

Eight firefighters were injured when the fire truck they were driving in rolled over as it returned from battling the Airport Fire wildfire in Southern California.

All eight passengers in a firefighting vehicle that overturned were evacuated by helicopter, with six sustaining severe injuries.
