With immigration front-and-center as the Trump Presidency begins, the city of Huntington Beach this week voted to declare itself a "non-sanctuary city for illegal immigration for the prevention of crime.

The City Council voted Tuesday night to have city staff study the initiatives, which involve a parent/guardian children's book review book and possible management outsourcing.
