More than 34,000 Hulu subscribers reported problems accessing the streaming service Sunday as the 97th Academy Awards were underway in Los Angeles.

Hulu addressed the concerns, stating that its team is investigating the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Users are reporting issues with both the messaging service’s website and app. More than 3,000 people reported issues late Wednesday morning, according to the website DownDetector. Unfortunately, some users reported issues accessing the service just as the award show began. Over 30,000 user-reported outages were being tracked by Downdetector as of roughly 7:15 p.m. ET, just after the Oscars began.
