The British Academy's ceremony in London, hosted by Scottish actor David Tennant, honored Mikey Madison and Zoe Saldaña in the actress categories and Kieran Culkin as best supporting actor.

Mikey Madison beat off tough competition from favourite Demi Moore to scoop Best Actress for Anora, while Adrien Brody won his first Bafta for Leading Actor for The Brutalist; the latter’s director, Brady Corbet, also won that award.

Chasing the leading two is Brady Corbet’s The Brutalist (nine), Sean Baker’s Anora (seven), Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two ( seven), and Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown (six).
