Interim head coach Darren Rizzi shared injury updates on a couple of New Orleans Saints playmakers after they were nicked up against the Washington Commanders on Sunday. Star running back Alvin Kamara made the play of the day when he caught a touchdown pass on a trick play from wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr.

Kamara is in the midst of an outstanding 2024 season. Earlier in the game, he reeled in a 21-yard touchdown catch and became the fourth player in NFL history with 50 rushing touchdowns and 25 receiving scores, joining Lenny Moore, Marshall Faulk and Christian McCaffrey.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara made the most spectacular touchdown catch of Week 15 with a ridiculous one-handed grab against the Washington Commanders. Shortly after, Kamara was out of the game and headed to the blue injury tent.
