It is a short hike but very scenic. We were able to see lots of wildlife. We saw sea lions and lot of different types of birds. Full review by Klsleigh

Are dogs allowed on the trail?

Yes! Just an FYI When you get on the main road to where the trail is at, continue all the way down until you see the trail sign.

How far is it from the ferry terminal to Shark Reef Sanctuary? Would it be easily walkable?
A:
Not easily walkable -- the ferry dock is on the other end of the island (about 10 miles away).
