You can also google Florida State Park Service/Egmont Key and that will take you to their site where you can communicate via email. When I went, the ferry ride was $20 @ person round trip. I gave the Cappy a $5 tip after the return. The boat was docked on the sand next to the pier with a ticket booth right there. When you enter Ft. Desoto Park the main road comes to a T-intersection. Turn right and the pier, ticket booth and pier will be on your left. You can trust the park service. Others, not so much. Hope you enjoy this experience. Bob
