Hi there! Yes the museum is open every Wednesday from 9:30am - 4:30pm. A number of the permanent exhibitions are great for children including Town in Time, Earth in Space and H2O - the museum website has more details about them all (just google "Dorman Museum" - I can't post the link here for security reasons!). This year's temporary exhibitions (summer: British wildlife, autumn/winter: robots and aliens) are also fantastic for families. Regular (term time) craft sessions for children run on Thursdays, however during the summer holidays, craft events run on Wednesdays and Fridays, 1-3pm, and are all free. For more information you can call the museum reception on 01642 813781.
