Incredible arboretum with nature trails. It reminded be of the Grand Canyon. We saw so many birds and unique plants. Spent about 3 hours. Even the drive to the park was beautiful.Full review by Sternula

Can we leave and reenter to picnic area to eat our own lunch?

Yes, there is a picnic spot not far from the parking lot if you don’t want to carry food with you all day. If you choose to go to your car to get food and come back, there’s no issue.
