The Wikipedia pages for AllMusic, TiVo, and Rovi and RhythmOne don't mention anything about Netaktion LLC. AllMusic is located in Ann Arbor Michigan and Netaktion LLC is located in Ann Arbor so I suspect they're the same people now in an LLC. AllMusic was purchased by TiVo/Rovi in 2007. Then purchased by RhythmOne (formerly BlinkX) in 2015.
David Bowie - David Live Allmusic tells us this is a 2-star album. The Robert Ludwig cut (RL on all 4 sides) is a monster and among the best sounding live albums I’ve heard. Up there with 801 Live and ABB Fillmore. It’s Bowie’s best live album and gives a great alternative sound to the Diamond Dogs material like Sweet Thing and Big Brother.

Allmusic.com changed several 3 or 4 years ago. Prior to that, I could look up everything and anything, play song clips, the works. Then all of a sudden the site slowed down to a crawl, and/or hogged my PC, it took forever for pages to load. Song clips wouldn't play. Ads were popping up so I blocked them, that didn't help.
The rating methodology that AllMusic uses is useful once you understand what the ratings mean. For example, it's useful for when you look at a new artist you aren't familiar with and want to figure which album to try first. Pick the album with the highest number of stars and work you way through their catalog that way.
